The project
A pet store with an online shop — and a system to run the store.
Paws & Claws needed two things that usually live apart: a place for pet parents to browse and order, and a place for the team to keep stock, sales, and accounts in order. MyPinacle built both, so the shop people see and the work behind the counter stay connected.
For pet parents

A storefront to browse pet products, add them to a cart, and check out from home — including the payment methods people in Bangladesh already use.
For the store
MyInventra
Stock, sales, and accounts in one place. The team can see what is on the shelf, what went out, and what the books say — without juggling separate tools.
How it fits together
When an order comes in online, the store still needs a clear picture of stock and sales. MyInventra is that picture. The website is how customers arrive. Together they are one operation: sell in front, run the shop behind.

Paws & Claws-এর দুটো দরকার ছিল যা প্রায়ই আলাদা থাকে: পেট প্যারেন্টরা যেখানে দেখে অর্ডার করতে পারে, আর টিম যেখানে স্টক, সেলস ও হিসাব রাখে। MyPinacle দুটোই করেছে — কাস্টমার যে শপ দেখে, আর কাউন্টারের কাজ, একই অপারেশনে থাকে।

স্টক, সেলস ও হিসাব এক জায়গায়। শেলফে কী আছে, কী বেরিয়েছে, খাতায় কী আছে — আলাদা আলাদা টুল ছাড়াই।
কীভাবে মিলে
অনলাইনে অর্ডার এলেও দোকানকে স্টক ও সেলসের ছবি পরিষ্কার রাখতে হয়। সেই ছবি MyInventra। কাস্টমার আসে ওয়েবসাইট দিয়ে। দুটো মিলে একটা অপারেশন: সামনে বিক্রি, পেছনে দোকান চালানো।
