1Information we collect on our website

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run the site. If you fill in a form, we use your contact details to respond to your enquiry. When the site owner enables analytics and ad pixels, they help us understand visits and measure our campaigns.

2Messenger and Instagram messages

When a business using MyPinacle connects its Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we receive:

• the messages and comments people send to that Page or account,
• their public profile name and profile picture, and
• the Page-scoped ID that Meta provides.

If you type your phone number or an order number in a chat, we store it to look up or create your order.

3How we use this information

We use messaging data only to:

• reply to you on behalf of that business, with automatic answers about products, prices, delivery and orders, and with replies from the business's staff,
• show the conversation to the business's staff, and
• keep simple statistics for the business.

We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

4Optional AI assistant

If the business turns on the optional AI assistant, the text of your question and the business's product information are sent to OpenAI so it can write an answer. Under OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train its models by default.

5How long we keep it

Messages are kept for up to 365 days, and the business can set a shorter period. Raw technical logs are kept for 30 days.

6Deleting your data

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time. In Facebook, go to Settings, then Apps and websites, remove the app and choose "Send request", or email us at info@mypinacle.com.

We then delete your messages, name, profile picture and phone number from chats, and give you a confirmation code and a link to check the status. The business may keep orders and invoices where the law requires it.

২Messenger ও Instagram মেসেজ

MyPinacle ব্যবহারকারী কোনো ব্যবসা তাদের Facebook Page বা Instagram প্রফেশনাল অ্যাকাউন্ট যুক্ত করলে আমরা পাই:

• ওই Page বা অ্যাকাউন্টে মানুষ যে মেসেজ ও কমেন্ট পাঠায়,
• তাদের পাবলিক প্রোফাইলের নাম ও ছবি, এবং
• Meta-র দেওয়া Page-ভিত্তিক আইডি।

চ্যাটে আপনি ফোন নম্বর বা অর্ডার নম্বর লিখলে, আপনার অর্ডার খুঁজে দিতে বা তৈরি করতে আমরা তা সংরক্ষণ করি।

৩এই তথ্য আমরা কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি

মেসেজিংয়ের তথ্য আমরা শুধু এসব কাজে ব্যবহার করি:

• ওই ব্যবসার পক্ষে আপনাকে উত্তর দিতে: পণ্য, দাম, ডেলিভারি ও অর্ডার নিয়ে স্বয়ংক্রিয় উত্তর, এবং ব্যবসার কর্মীদের উত্তর,
• ব্যবসার কর্মীদের কথোপকথনটি দেখাতে, এবং
• ব্যবসার জন্য সাধারণ পরিসংখ্যান রাখতে।

আমরা এই তথ্য বিক্রি করি না এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের কাজে ব্যবহার করি না।

৪ঐচ্ছিক AI সহকারী

ব্যবসাটি ঐচ্ছিক AI সহকারী চালু করলে, উত্তর লেখার জন্য আপনার প্রশ্নের লেখা ও ব্যবসার পণ্যের তথ্য OpenAI-তে পাঠানো হয়। OpenAI-র API শর্ত অনুযায়ী, ডিফল্টভাবে এই তথ্য তাদের মডেল ট্রেনিংয়ে ব্যবহার হয় না।

৫কতদিন রাখা হয়

মেসেজ সর্বোচ্চ ৩৬৫ দিন রাখা হয়, তবে ব্যবসাটি চাইলে আরও কম সময় ঠিক করতে পারে। কারিগরি লগ ৩০ দিন রাখা হয়।

৬আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলা

যেকোনো সময় আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন। Facebook-এ Settings থেকে Apps and websites-এ গিয়ে অ্যাপটি সরিয়ে দিন এবং "Send request" বেছে নিন, অথবা info@mypinacle.com-এ ইমেইল করুন।

এরপর আমরা চ্যাট থেকে আপনার মেসেজ, নাম, প্রোফাইল ছবি ও ফোন নম্বর মুছে দিই, এবং একটি কনফার্মেশন কোড ও স্ট্যাটাস দেখার লিংক দিই। আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হলে ব্যবসাটি অর্ডার ও ইনভয়েস রেখে দিতে পারে।
