Terms of Service clause (add this to mypinacle.com/terms): Businesses that connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account to MyPinacle must follow Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger and Instagram policies. They may message customers only within the periods Meta allows, and must use staff (Human Agent) replies only to help a customer personally, never for promotions. The business is responsible for the content of its automatic and staff replies.
